170 Course Pages Written for Westminster Adult Education Service (WAES)
Westminster Adult Education Service, WAES, is Westminster’s adult college, offering hundreds of full-time and part-time qualification and general interest courses.
WAES required a flexible education copywriting partner that could improve the content on the course landing pages. Each course description had to have consistent messaging, a cohesive tone of voice, and use relevant brand language according to style guidelines. The content also had to differentiate WAES in the sector by providing a more persuasive and compelling value proposition.
After planning the approach and creating a project schedule with the WAES marketing team, I conducted external research and arranged interviews with WAES staff to gather the core content. Over a period of 3 months, I wrote 170 course landing pages and sent them to WAES on agreed dates.
Throughout the project, I compiled a Tone of Voice and Writing Style Guide that would serve as an internal document for the college. WAES were very pleased with the standard of the content and the effort that was made to deliver the project on time.
