White Paper Copywriting for Jobs Board RetailChoice

RetailChoice is part of the Total Jobs Group and is the UK’s leading jobs board for retail jobs.

Based on our copywriting work with CWJobs, RetailChoice asked us to write a white paper as part of their upcoming Christmas marketing campaign. We were asked to compile their survey findings into a 2,000 word white paper that would engage the retail industry by providing insights into consumer shopping trends over the festive period.

After carefully studying the survey findings, we structured the whitepaper around the most interesting figures. We used a content design approach to ensure the information in the document addressed the five principles of findability, clarity, connectedness, human engagement and helpfulness. 

We provided additional context to each statistic through desk research and our own experience of the retail industry. Throughout the white paper, we included case studies and interviews with leading figures in UK retail. We also identified areas for rich material, such as graphics and illustrations. The client was delighted with the final report and the copy was typeset into the final design.
