Website Copywriting and Messaging Framework for Optimus
Optimus is a UK-based property services platform focused on improving the speed, certainty, and commercial outcomes of residential property transactions.
Backed by Landmark Information Group, Optimus works across brokers, estate agents, lenders, conveyancers, and surveyors to reduce friction across the home-moving process.
I was commissioned to rewrite the Optimus website to support a clearer commercial proposition, strengthen positioning across key audiences, and create a consistent message across all role-specific pages.
Establishing a unified message across the platform
The existing site had grown organically around individual audiences, which led to repetition, uneven tone, and blurred differentiation between pages. My work began with aligning the site around a single core message that could scale across the platform while remaining relevant to each audience group.
This included defining a central framing line for the brand, then applying it consistently across the home page, sector pages, and supporting content.
The aim was to reinforce Optimus as an end-to-end platform that fixes underlying causes of delay, rather than a collection of disconnected services.
Writing audience-specific pages without fragmenting the brand
Each Optimus audience page required a distinct commercial focus, from revenue generation for brokers to throughput and confidence for lenders and estate agents.
The challenge was to address these priorities without drifting into siloed messaging. I rewrote all core pages to follow a shared structure and tone.
This included refining hero sections, tightening supporting copy, and reducing duplication across pages, so each role could quickly see how Optimus fits into their workflow.
Supporting conversion and usability
Alongside the main pages, I rewrote supporting content such as registration flows, contact pages, FAQs, and panel recruitment copy. These sections were treated as part of the overall experience rather than secondary content.
Language was adjusted to remove friction, set expectations clearly, and reinforce confidence in the platform and service model. This work focused on consistency, readability, and momentum across the site.
Outcome
The rewritten website provides Optimus with a clearer commercial narrative, a more consistent voice across audiences, and a structure that supports both sales conversations and onboarding. The copy reflects the platform’s hands-on service model and positions Optimus as a proactive partner in property transactions, rather than a passive intermediary.
